My price is $70 per hour, minimum departure time is 2 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with new clients involves several steps. First, I negotiate with the client to discuss the client's needs and expectations. I then provide a detailed proposal describing how I intend to complete the job and what the cost will be. After agreeing on the details, I begin work. During the process, I always keep the client updated on progress and am available to answer any questions. Once the job is complete, I do a final inspection with the client to make sure they are happy with the result.

I have experience in performing small and large works in the field of construction and maintenance of private houses and apartment buildings for more than 5 years.
