- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On Top Service tries to keep our pricing below the current market for our industry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As we make first contact with each customer we want to make sure we are understanding exactly what service they are needing. We then get them set up on the schedule. We call the the day before the appointment to confirm and we have our technician call while in route to confirm. When arriving at the customers house each technician will greet the customer and wears shoe covers while in the house.

On Top Service is fully trained in Dryer Vent Cleaning, Chimney & Fireplace Inspection, Chimney & Fireplace Cleaning.
