Hi, my name is Claire and I’m 26 years old. I have a passion for hosting events. I recently hosted my friend’s bridal shower. After receiving such great feed back, I decided to turn my passion into a side hustle. I enjoy planning and bringing to life Pinterest/ Instagram(able) worthy events.
Any event, big or small, let me help you plan it. From gathering ideas, coordinating vendors, to physically setting up and tearing down, let me do it.
Hosting an event can be stressful, but it doesn’t have to be. I love bringing visions to life.
I enjoy learning new techniques. I currently spend my free time, researching and creating projects that can be used to take your event to the next level. I also enjoy working with other vendors to hand select the best in the industry.

Claire was exactly what we were looking for in a day-of coordinator! My partner and I didn’t have a bridal party and we really wanted to ease the burden of tasks from our families, primarily our moms. Claire was fabulous! I booked Claire for wedding day coordination. She made herself available the entire day just in case we needed her. As soon as she showed up, she got to work. She helped make sure all of the decor was set up properly, directed people to the correct places, directed the wedding procession, made sure we had food and beverages so we could be near where we needed to be, helped with my attire, helped with clean up, and so more. I went back and forth about booking a coordinator. Knowing that I tend to not be present during eventful moments because I become hyper focused on making sure everything is perfect, I knew I needed help. Hiring Claire was so worth it and I was able to be in the moment with my husband on our big day. She even took some photos for us which gave us something to enjoy while we waited for pictures from our photographer. If you’re looking for someone to help with your wedding, she’s your person!

Claire was absolutely wonderful, and so easy to work with! I had a pretty long engagement, so I had time to research vendors before I realized I needed a coordinator. I hired Claire for the month of and day of services. She was so helpful in finalizing everything, asking all the right questions, and corrected mistakes I made along the way. She caught everything!
