- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to say that our home owners get the best bang for their buck when using us. our quality is higher than the industry standard for high quality and although we are not the cheapest we are also not the most expensive. Having this in mind helps our customers to understand that not only are our sales tickets are in the middle of what others have quoted but we provide a quality that is above and beyond what has been offered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe that is saves both the customer & the business time by scheduling an appointment for a tech to come by and give an estimate. That way they can obtain measurements, show color options, answer every question that you have, and most importantly to physically point out the things we do as a company to set our selves apart from the competition.
