It’s very hard to communicate with them, I have to call multiple times to schedule the estimate. The estimate was to install 7 lights/fans. Then to schedule the work, I have to call many times, each time different people with different office name/number responded. It took more than 2 weeks. During the time, i started to install the lights I can reach. When the installer came eventually, only four high ceiling lights/fans to be installed. When the work was completed, the technician could not change the scope of the work, he said he would have to talk to the office. I waited for 2 days, 2 different office people called, I have explained from the beginning. Every time they said someone will get back to me. Then some GM texted me a nasty msg, threatening to charge daily $50 fees, put a lien on my property. I paid and said good bye, I will never deal with them again, although the technician is very good, professional, hard working.

It is unfortunate that this customer is not telling the truth and was trying to renegotiate the signed invoice after the job was completed to significantly lower the price even after multiple discounts.
