FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are provided upfront before work begins, you dont have to worry about hourly charges adding up. We offer discounts for first responders and military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
#1 We try to give the customer an estimate for their work before responding to their residence. This is not always possible but we can usually at least give a ballpark estimate. #2 We will schedule your job and dispatch a technician to your home. You will receive a text notification and email notification of the scheduled date/time. #3 When we are enroute to your home you will receive a text notification. #4 When we arrive we will confirm all work that needs to be completed and confirm your pricing with you. At this point your price will not change no matter how long it takes us to complete (unless you add additional items to the scope of work). #5 If you agree to the price quote we will complete the job and make sure you are happy with the results. #6 Once you are satisfied with the work completed we will send you an email with the completed invoice and collect payment. #7 After we are done and on to the next project you will receive a review request. We appreciate any reviews at the end of the project so that other customers and us can make sure you were happy with the service!
