- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing includes a one-time setup fee and monthly fee. The initial tier is $200/mo and can scale to $3,000 for a comprehensive support model. The setup fee begins at $750. It's based on the number of social channels and selection of marketing support (photography, graphic art, metrics to track and end-user service support).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are CONSTANTLY reading industry material, attending local social media clubs / events, getting training on new tools (i.e. Google Analytics certification!) and testing new tools for scheduling / posting / analyzing the digital process. We share new changes or methods with customers when we have update meetings.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was the nerdy kid who loved working with computers and PCs. Luckily, I've been able to have fun turning it into a profession (but, I'm still a closet geek).
