This guy was great! He responded to my request immediate ly and he explained everything through the whole process and went out of his way to make it all convenient for me. He was successful in repairing my laptop when I was sure it was a lost hope. He went above and beyond what I requested and did extra stuff that I appreciate. I initially chose GY6 because I like to support veterans and I am so glad I did. I highly recommend and will definitely use again for all maintenance, updates, and repairs.

GY6 Technologies has been an asset to my company. Not only did he fix my personal computer and help with some issues I had with it. He was able to load some of the office programs I needed to be able to give the computer to one of my managers to help me with things around my shop. Plus, he donated 2 computers to me to be able to help homeless veterans or other veterans needing to borrow a computer to look for work or anything like that. He also donates money from computers he works on to the charity for homeless veterans that I run. He is always professional and works hard. He always communicates what he is going to do, before doing it and gives a price upfront, which for someone like me, who has to watch all the money he can, is valuable.

I like to make contact with the customer and get as much information as possible about the issue. That way I can research the issue if needed and get the equipment fixed quickly and professionally.
