My AC went out during the July heat. The technician showed up the next day, called my 3-year-old HVAC system crap, and tried to sell a $15K multi-speed system. He claimed to have refilled my system with freon, but the system stopped working less than a week later. I ultimately called in another company that solved the issue under warranty. I assumed they were honest and would try to find the leak and provide solutions, but the technician only came to sell me an expensive system. I reached out to the office to resolve this, but they kept dancing around the issue. Don't call these guys if you need an honest company that will fix your system.

The entire team at All Service has been so amazing. Our A/C went out last summer and they had a technician out within an hour. Since replacing our old unit we have had Brandon as our tech and he is nothing short of a true professional. Always prompt and very respectful in our home. My favorite thing about All Service is how they truly make you feel like family. I couldn’t imagine any other using any other company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use flat rate pricing meaning we do not charge by the hour. We have a flat rate for the job. We offer military, first responders and senior citizen discounts.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Josh’s grandfather started the company in 1986 and at 14 started working with him to learn the trade and has been doing ac since then.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don’t go for the lowest price. Cheap isn’t always best. Look at their google reviews, length of time in business, what they are doing for the price compared to others, do they have insurance etc
