- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are extremely competitive and if you look at comparable outdoor living companies we are 30-50% less while not compromising on quality, warranty, or service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet to discuss the project and understand your ideas for the project and create a design and budget. From there we bring you samples and you can make final selections. Once the proposal is executed we will help you with HOA approval or permits and schedule your install date. Typically a project lasts a couple of weeks to a month depending on complexity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been building outdoor living projects for over 25 years and follow industry guidelines for our project elements.
