- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a free, in person estimate for all customers. We give upfront pricing on all jobs for your approval before we start work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new customer, the process starts with a phone call to schedule a free upfront estimate. In most cases when you accept our pricing, we can start the work to get your issue resolved right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rick is the responsible master plumber for the company and has been licensed for over 15 years. Rick was trained from his father who has been a master plumber since 1970. All of our plumbers are licensed and all of our apprentices are registered to work in the state of Texas.
