- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates typically start at $350 for the first hour and $300 for each additional hour. Weddings require a two hour minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Connect. Create. Coordinate or Capture. Commemorate & Celebrate Connect = A phone chat or meet for coffee Contract = If we are a fit, I receive a 50% retainer and we start creating Create = we put together your timeline/photo list and/or design your day Capture = the day of your event, we are there to capture every moment Celebrate = We celebrate with a custom online gallery with all of your images
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been creating and capturing special events since the mid-1990s. (Joani has also programmed and officiated wedding ceremonies for the same amount of time!)
