Can't say enough good things about Superb Roofing. I had a leak that was causing interior drywall damage that I needed fixed ASAP. I usually handle house projects on my own, but once I took some shingles off and exposed the wet, rotting decking below, I knew I had bit off more than I could chew. Francisco came out to help me sort out the problem and discussed multiple options. Regardless of whether I was going to hire them for the job, he went out of his way to help me tarp the exposed area (free of charge either way, I must add) because it was late in the afternoon and a storm was coming in that night. He was able to return the next day and I helped him patch and repair the exposed area over the course of a few hours. He was a master roof sensei, gladly answering my questions as I learned from him along the way how to do a proper roof install, as the company that has done this one did a horrible job on multiple counts. This company is run by genuinely good, Christian people that gave me a very reasonable price and on a short notice. I'm beyond grateful for their assistance, and blessed to have met them. It is so refreshing to see honesty and goodness, especially in this kind of work. As everyone knows, there are plenty of companies out there that are quite the opposite. Highly recommend going with Superb food any roofing needs! I attached some before and after pictures of what we were dealing with on this project.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We usually always check for wind and hail damage before offering out of pocket replacement. If it’s insurance claim worthy we work for you to get it bought by your insurance. If not, we work with you on whatever needs you have, whether that be monthly payments or other different options.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    It found us after hurricane Florence in North Carolina where a restoration company based out of San Antonio (Basic Roofing) found us and mentored us into becoming business owners.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Always do your research. Never give someone money up front without checking them out first on social media and reading reviews.
