- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually always check for wind and hail damage before offering out of pocket replacement. If it’s insurance claim worthy we work for you to get it bought by your insurance. If not, we work with you on whatever needs you have, whether that be monthly payments or other different options.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It found us after hurricane Florence in North Carolina where a restoration company based out of San Antonio (Basic Roofing) found us and mentored us into becoming business owners.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always do your research. Never give someone money up front without checking them out first on social media and reading reviews.
