We were sooooo glad that Benjamin Franklin Plumbing were able to get to us so quickly. I left a message after Midnight and they were able to have someone at our house by 8:00 am the next morning. They sent Jose Jaramillo to work on our stopped up toilet and fix the leak in our other one. He was here right away, was very pleasant and took care of our problems right away too. Highly recommend BFP out of the Mansfield/Arlington area.

While I was initially hiring them to install an electric tankless water heater in my home, I went with several projects instead. They installed a new water heater, fixed two showers, replaced a hose bib, and fixed the shut off valve that had terrified me for months. The work was top notch, and our plumber even went so far to come out on Saturday to install a new cartridge. The reason for the one star drop was I had expressed my frustration with not having enough hot water for me and my wife to shower in the morning. I wanted to get a bigger tank, so we could both enjoy more hot water in the mornings, but I was talked into getting the same 40 gallon tank size I had. After several days, I can’t say the replacement did much for the water situation as we still can’t get the two showers done with what we have. I just wish my initial request to go bigger and why would have been heard. This company is solid, and I recommend them.

Pulled the toilet and informed me the flange needed to be replaced because it was too high and the toilet was not sitting correctly on it. He fixed the flange to be flush with the floor. Quote was much more than I expected for the 2 toilets.

We have a service fee for most service call issues, but do offer free estimates for larger repairs/replacements. We offer several types of discounts, such as: Military Discount, Senior Discount, and we have Special Coupons and Advertising usually available - Just ask, and we will be happy to apply one!

We book over the phone with homeowners. We can also book by text or chat, which are available on our website.
