- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees for our professional travel services are as follows: Travel Planning = $150 per trip (duration less than 8 days) Travel Planning = $250 per trip (duration more than 8 days) Air-only booking = $25 per person Hotel-only booking = $50 per room If you are not satisfied with our research, customer service, management of your trip, and advocacy with suppliers, we’ll refund your planning fee while still administering your trip for its duration. However, if the trip is canceled for any reason, the planning fee will not be refunded.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our travel planning process kicks off with a complimentary conversation, where we take the time to understand you – your travel style, preferences, and personality. We collaborate with you to craft the trip of your dreams. Every aspect is meticulously planned, so that every meal, excursion, day trip, and place you call your nightly retreat is nothing less than extraordinary. Once you give the green light to your personalized itinerary, we handle all arrangements and bookings on your behalf. We'll then furnish you with all the necessary confirmations and documents for your upcoming adventure. With everything in place, the only thing left for you to do is embark on the tailor-made journey of your dreams. Throughout your adventure, we'll remain in touch to ensure everything unfolds seamlessly. Your unforgettable travel experience is just a step away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified travel advisor and I hold the designation of Verified Travel Advisor given by the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA). I also hold specialty certifications from several tourism boards around the world including Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and countries throughout Europe and the Caribbean.
