I met with Taylor on yesterday and I was very impressed with his professionalism and game plan to help me achieve the goal that I’m trying to accomplish. I was so impressed after meeting with him, I started training with him today and it was a great workout!! Taylor trained me for a 4 weeks, I started at 215 lb. Hey had me on a diet and workout plan of that period. The physical change I saw on my body, I knew I wouldn’t have accomplished it by myself in such a short period! Now, I’ve lost 15 lb and i’m in a better physical shape! At our first session, he asked me if I had any physical disabilities, or pain in any part of my body, to figure out what workouts would fit me best and not cause me discomfort! If you want a professional trainer that will really help you achieve your goals, Taylor is the guy!
