FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standardized Pricing however we strive to be competitive and do our best to price match and or compare value for value when competing with quotes. Our Customers have told us that they’ve paid more with us because the customer support was a huge deciding factor in who they would allow into their home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I’ll ask Scope of work, after I present a quote. The customer then reviews and approves the quote. We then start the work and if any complications or additions are made with the order, we then revise the price if needed and Close when the job is Complete. We always make it a point to test out all cable runs with speed tests and continuity test. If TVs are mounted I do a Load test to make sure your wall can handle a contentious Load.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did a apprenticeship with an Electrician (Gary Nop) we were often training and working in UCLA Hospitals & Kaiser Permanente facilities. We would often be replacing wire and running all through out the buildings. I’ve also had other hands on training with “Dr. Gadget” ran by David Brooks in Los Angeles
