I can’t stop thinking about how awesome these guys were. I would HIGHLY recommend Escalera’s to anyone looking for painters who not only do an absolutely perfect job painting but offer great character and professionalism. Nice, respectful and CLEAN! First, they arrived on time. And the one thing I always notice is if someone takes their shoes off before coming into the house. 9 out of 10 times they don’t. Being that painters need to come in and out I didn’t expect it so I was already pleased and happy with them from the jump. They took their time and kept everything nice and neat as they painted and caulked. I went into the bathroom they painted this morning and saw they must have washed the vent cover. I can’t even tell where there was scratches on the doors and cabinet draws that were nicked after they painted them. I honestly wished I had something cooked for them to eat on their lunch break. I wish these guys much happiness and success!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are very fortunate to have someone available at all times to respond to our customers. The process is normally pretty quick. We’re able to come out and provide quotes same day -or even the following day. We have a great team and are flexible for our customers. If customers are satisfied with our prices - we are able to complete projects within the week.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
As much as we try to provide quotes through photos- it is a lot easier for us to come out to the home and provide you with a quote. Discuss what is needed. Answer any questions/ concerns. Explain why some projects may be more costly than others. We understand that some customers prefer a quote through photos for certain reasons - that is also not a problem at all. We try to provide a rough estimate. Our top priority is customer satisfaction and making sure our projects are professionally done ! We look forward to working with customers and are always available to answer any questions !
