Aurelio did great work and very transparent on what the problem was. He was able to come fix the drain pump on my washing machine the same day and used original manufacturer parts.

$$$ A bit expensive for less than 30 minutes work. Even at the rate of $50 an hour x3 if that gives you an indication of price or $75 an hour x2 plus. I would not use again. If the $55 fee was waived I still paid $125 including the waived fee! The only reason I didn’t tell him No would be because I obviously really needed his service and I was taken advantage of.
