Mr. Sanchez has done an excellent work to fix my toilet flange issue which lasted for months. I posted the work 12PM, Mr Sanchez reached out like immediately and got to my place around 1PM. Checked the toilet, went out for part, and get the work done nicely by 4PM. He even took a picture for each step he did and explained to me very patiently. Thanks a ton. Will definitely come back for any plumbing work in the future.

Great work on repairing an odd situation-pipes going to and from both my 2,500-gallon water tanks that froze during recent winter storm. He did a fantastic repair quickly and even caught a few other things that needed to be upgraded to save me issues in the future. Highly recommend!

Misael did a great job connecting the water lines to the hot water heater. He accomplished the job in under 3 hours and priced the job fairly. Misael pointed out an issue I needed to correct but did not try and take advantage of the situation. Again, he priced the work fairly. I will use Sanchez Services again and I recommend them for your next plumbing job.

Sanchez responded quickly for a water heater resin tank replacement. Even when he was late he told me about it before hand. Once he was in my house. He quickly finished the job and cleaned up.
He even came the very next day and fixed a couple of issues with low pressure.

I was getting my house cleaned and the pipe leading to the toilet bowl was broken by the cleaners, leading to flooding. Sanchez services was recommended and they showed up promptly addressing the issue. They considered the issue so small that they didn’t ask for payment a rare thing in this day and age. Seeing this was an honest company, I proceeded to ask for their help regarding a major issue I was having with water pressure being extremely low due to an improperly installed whole house water filtration system by a major name brand household company a few weeks earlier. Though Sanchez services didn’t have the time to address my issue at the time instead of leaving, they still spent about an hour trying to get to the root of the problem. They couldn’t fix it in the time they had, and they had other commitments. They detailed the steps I needed to take to resolve my issue since I was expecting company from England the next day, and left still without asking for payment. I was blown away at this point and started hounding them to put me on their busy schedule because I had to work with such honest people 😊. Needless to say, they showed up today, spent about 5 hours in my house, fixed all my plumbing issues even did some extras like installing a gas line for my grill and replacing a few faucets and shower heads I had sitting in the garage. I did this expecting a bill that would break the bank but guess what, their honesty continued, they were fair in their pricing. Forgive my essay, but it’s been a minute since I have had such a positive and human experience when calling for help around the home.
