Thank you for the feedback. Not knowing what the issue was we explained would get right over to look at the issue. We arrived within an hour to diagnose and fix the problem. We have a 1-hour minimum and that is what we charged. Thank you for allowing our services in your home. I'm sure we are in the same price range as any company that is insured/boned and stands behind their work for a year.
