Our engagement photo experience with Arlene and her team was nothing short of spectacular! In the weeks leading up to our meeting, we were in constant contact with Arlene, discussing every detail. She even provided a list of ideas and opportunities for great shots. It was a magical experience seeing all of these plans come to fruition the day of the shoot. She arrived with her team promptly at the scheduled time and led us through a very fun and laid-back sunset session. My fiancee and I felt very cared for and very special! We had never done anything like this before and felt like seasoned pros by the end of the day, thanks to Arlene's professionalism. We would book again in a heartbeat and strongly recommend. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try my best to get as many details from them as I can so that I am able to guarantee a satisfactory hiring experience and completed job. It’s all in the details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took 12 hours of Photography classes to learn how to shoot in Manual and compensate for different lighting conditions. I am experienced with flash photography on camera and off.
