BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL!My daughter was moving from Austin to Houston Tx and she called around for pricing with different moving companies. Many of them were between $1,400 to over $1,600 dollars. From Austin to Houston is only a 3 hour drive and we are talking a ONE bedroom apartment that did not include washer, dryer, refrigerator or any major appliances. She only had a bed, chest, nightstand, sofa, clothes, pots, dishes and a few lil miscellaneous items.I then called around and I too were getting quoted those prices. One company even said, $1,100 just for the truck and miles and $135.00 an hour EACH for 2 drivers, which totals $270.00 an hour and for 4 hours (2 hours to load and 2 to unload) is $1,080 just for the drivers, plus the $1,100 for the truck. Now that crazy.The companies we were contacting were in business 15, 20 and 30+ years and many were charging truck rate, miles and driver fees. One company even said they have a tracker on their drivers, wow, smh. Meaning, they got a certain time to get stuff done,Anyway, after almost giving up, on my last call I contacted D & A moving service.Thank You Father. They were BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL!They quoted us an Amazing flat rate price, well under $1,000. Did I say FLAT RATE?Yes I did. No truck fee, No mile fee and No driver fee, just a flat, fair rate. And guess what? They have only been in business 3 years.People tend to look at the more the years, the more experienced, the better the quality of service is and thats not always true.Yes, D & A have only been in business 3 years, but at one point those companies that have been in business 20 and 30 years, they too were once at 3 years.And it was not only the pricing that wowed me with this company, it was the professionalism, the communication, they were on time, they were organized, they handled everything with care, they loaded up and headed out.Once they got to Houston, they were not rushing, they were not on no time schedule which means they took their time unloading everything, they put boxes where we asked them to and they even took the time to set up my daughters bed and sofa. And of course my daughter tipped them extra. They so deserved it.What I loved about this whole experience was how nice, pleasant and professional Sergio, his partner and his wife were and how the communication was TOP-NOTCHED!And also I loved the fact that we did not have to worry about a time frame and paying more because a 4 hour time frame turned into a 6 hour time frame.What I have learned from this experience is, the QUALITY of service should NOT be timed, limited or rushed.D & A moving company were BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL!They really made this experience an enjoyable one, and I would choose THIS company again and again and again.

Had to move a partial load from new Braunfels to dripping springs. They showed up on time and delivered everything with no issues. They also gave me a flat price, if you start looking for movers you will appreciate like I did the flat price also very competitive pricing.Probably the best choice I have made in a long time.Joe Heath

We charge a flat rate price., 2 movers, and a 16-foot. box truck .Price may be subject to change based on the type and number of items to be moved and the number of movers needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give our quote to our customers, if customer, agree, and would send them an email for the moving contract. On the day of the move, will call or text them 15 mins upon arrival. Thank you
