- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing and fees are quoted at a flat rate. If your cleaning is outside of Lubbock payment will be required 24 hours PRIOR to service rendered via one of our digital options. If for some reason customer is unhappy or displeased with service and cannot be corrected and a refund is required-this will be done withing 24 hours of service via the same payment method used. LCS has been in the service industry long enough to be able to have an accurate rate for quality service. Our rates are sometimes higher than other companies and we take full responsibility for that. We take pride in our work and feel our quality of work meets the value. Beginning January 1st 2022 payments must be made via electronic payment methods only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. contact is made and appointment is scheduled 2. Text message is sent the day before as a reminder for service. 3. on the day of cleaning, cleaners show up and meet new customer and establish partnership on helping them get their property cleaned. Specifics are communicated and questions are answered. 4. cleaner begins clean whoch typically takes 2-4 hours depending on tyoe of service being done. 5. cleaners finish and payment is taken. cleaner gives verbal quote of ongoing service of customer shows interest in such. 6. a final thank you is sent via text in order to remind customer they can save our contact details for future reference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
while there are no specific licenses need in our line of work LCS does in fact keep up with MSDS sheet of all the cleaners they use and stay up to date with any allergens customers have so we can accommodate each of our customers with specific cleaners if needed.
