- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an hourly or flat rate for these trip. We have no hidden fees. We do have minimum tip percentages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive their information on our website, I inform them of our vehicle availability and options and prices for their submission. If they followup about needing our service, we can get them booked!
