I am so thankful for businesses like this that really are here to help their customers. We were expecting (fearing) a really large sprinkler system replacement, and Carlos found and isolated the problem to a very minor replacement. We have had some “experts” in the past take advantage of our lack of knowledge about a problem, but Sanchez Construction is honest and very experienced. They will take care of you! And they’re quick! We will save their business for future projects.

I would highly recommend this company for multi task construction and landscaping needs. They had a quote to me for mulch within just a few hours of reaching out. The crew was there around 7am. They raked out most of the old mulch, prepped all the beds, weeded all the beds and the new mulch looked excellent and was leveled in all beds. This is attention to detail you can’t find much anymore. When the crew was finishing up I mentioned to the lead I needed fence work and a large concrete pad poured. They took measurements immediately even after working until about 6pm that evening. If you’re looking for a company that can handle mostly all of your home construction tasks and landscaping needs I would highly recommend.

I used Sanchez Construction today to repair our fence. I had 2 gates repaired, 4 posts replaced and several sections re-attached to the posts. Alondra and his crew showed up on time to bid on the project and beat out my 6 other bids. Once I accepted the bid, they started immediately, completing the job after 9 hours of non-stop work. For anyone who needs any of the following work done, I would highly recommend these guys. ( fencing, Landscaping, Tree Trimming and many other projects).

Their team was absolutely top tier!! They kept me informed throughout the process, had fair and reasonable pricing. They cleaned up and hauled materials away. And while they were onsite they fixed my fence gate, and also, assisted with a drainage pipe project. I’ll definitely be using their services again and you should book with them!
