- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are normally not your lowest price contract. We let you decide what you want and not want for all of the jobs that we do. This way you will control what the price will be. If you go to our website you will find a discount on all jobs over $10,000.00.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you choose Fortenberry Roofing we try to make you feel like you are #1. Anytime from the first time we talk to you to the day we finish the job, we want you to let us know what we do wrong and what we do right. We have a saying in Fortenberry Roofing. "We want you to Complain!" In other words we would rather for you to complain to us and not others so that we can fix the problem before we are finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned Fortenberry Roofing for 29 years. I have been to classes every year to make sure I am always up on everything new. I have training classes every week for all of the people that work for Fortenberry Roofing as well as sending them to classes outside of the office. I believe everyone should be learning or refreshing what they know to make them a #1 team that no one can compare to.
