- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on a few factors: which services are needed, work experience level of the candidate, and desired turn around time. We offer the following discounts: 10% for active US military and spouses, 10% for US veterans, and 10% for current public school teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to build relationships with my clients and customize all services to the individual. I first like to understand what their goals are and specific needs (turn time, upcoming interview or just starting job search, budget). This is typically accomplished over the phone during an initial complimentary consultation conversation. From there, we discuss expectations and decide on working together. Usually, my clients pay for services upfront but this can be discussed during the initial consultation. If the candidate is nearby in distance, I prefer to have the first strategic planning session in person but that is up to the preference of the individual. All my services include useful next step resources. I also continue to check in with my clients periodically after services are rendered to see what has transpired in their search or perhaps re-direct them if need be. I also leverage professional contacts and recruiters to get additional exposure for the candidate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
17 year career in leadership and development. Mentoring and consulting professionals at all levels in the steps necessary to get what they want in their careers. For me, my professional growth and development was not easy and it was not quick. I've been in your shoes many times.
