- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients as a life coach, my process is designed to be highly personalized and collaborative. We'll start by discussing your goals and challenges, and I'll get to know you and your unique situation. From there, we'll create a customized plan that includes actionable steps and measurable milestones. Our sessions will be a mix of guidance, reflection, and accountability, all with the aim of helping you achieve your desired outcomes. I'll be there to support you every step of the way, providing feedback and insights to help you stay on track.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a life coach, I hold multiple certifications in coaching and am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I've also completed additional training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and relationship building.
