Wish they had more stars for Will. He did an amazing job! I had about 1/3 of my house did not have gutters. Then I started having foundation issues. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are reasonably priced. We will probably never be the cheapest but we definitely won’t be the most expensive. We fully stand behind our work and we have a TON of experience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat them as a friend right off the bat. Try to find something in common like having kids, sports, etc.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My grandpa built houses his entire life. When dad married mom, dad got into contracting as well. I guess you could say I’m a third generation contractor. I’ve been swinging a hammer since I was a kid!
