Did my gutters a couple months ago. Didn’t arrive on the day we agreed on and couldn’t reach him by phone. Then finally was able to reach him and he came the next day. Installed gutters but a lot of them are already leaking. I texted him photos and videos and called him, left him a voicemail. It’s been months now and has not gotten a response.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are reasonably priced. We will probably never be the cheapest but we definitely won’t be the most expensive. We fully stand behind our work and we have a TON of experience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat them as a friend right off the bat. Try to find something in common like having kids, sports, etc.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My grandpa built houses his entire life. When dad married mom, dad got into contracting as well. I guess you could say I’m a third generation contractor. I’ve been swinging a hammer since I was a kid!
