We do not hire sales people. Most work on 100% commission and will do and say anything to get your business. The average life of a roof salesman is 2 months. Most are untrained and have no idea how to give helpful advice or money saving tips. We ( CJ and Alfredo, the 2 owners) take time to meet every customer and listen to each customer's individual needs before giving the most money efficient proposal to meet their needs. The folks at Carsa did a fantastic job painting the interior of my house. They were very responsive and adjusted quickly and easily to any changes in the project. CJ and his team were careful with our old house and courteous as well.

CJ helped me repaint my 3400 square foot home. Ceilings, walls everything. He was really great to work with. I called a couple references before selecting them. The price was the reason I selected them. They were well below the others and I was worried I wouldn't be happy. In full disclosure my home was empty and it probably made it easier on his crew. He also installed crown molding in my living room. I am so happy I selected them. They just came back about a month after finishing the job to clean or touch up any of the items on my tick list just like a new home builder would. When I stain my patio or instal patio blinds, I will call Carsa.

Meet your contractor in person. Being on time and keeping appointments is very important and shows responsibility and that they value your time and the job. Always ask to see license and insurance. This weeds out most under reliable and pass-by-night contractors
