We would also like to include responsiveness and punctuality in our above choices, but we were only allowed to choose three. We chose to get an estimate from Artificial Turf Technicians because on the phone Victor was very knowledgable, professional, and willing to do his best to meet our needs. Because of our dog, we needed to have our yard completed before we moved into our new home. The yard was quite muddy and had poor drainage and we didn’t want to have to deal with our sweet Annabelle tracking in mud every time she went out and then returned to the house. There was just something about Victor that made us feel comfortable about hiring him and his company to do our turf. From day one we were very impressed with everything about Artificial Turf Technicians. They arrived early, but not too early that it bothered any neighbors. They had multiple workers who were all very hard working and professional. Victor was on the premises each day to observe the work that was being done. The workers, in addition to being hard working, were also respectful and polite. At the end of the day, the street, front yard, and driveway were cleaned up so no neighbor would be negatively impacted. Our adult son was also very impressed with the quality of the work preformed by this company. We would not hesitate to hire Artificial Turf Technicians again and we highly recommend them if you are in the market to having turf installed in your back yard!
