- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$75 Service call fee PER appliance diagnosed (can be paid upfront through thumbtack app) (can also accept it via venmo or card over phone if needed). This fee is the cost for me to come and diagnose the appliance. I will waive the fee if you decide to do the repair. It also reserves your slot for your appointment date as well and serves as confirmation of the appointment. Once I diagnose the issue at your home, I will then provide you with the repair cost, and you can then choose to accept the repair or decline the repair. **Installations will need to pay 1/2 the install fee upfront to reserve their slot as well. **
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setting up the initial appt. Sending the payment request for the service call fee(s)or installation fee(s) Confirming the date and times and address On day of appt., providing a heads up to allow you to know when I am in route to you. Arriving and diagnosing the issue/installing (if installation) Giving repair costs Collecting payment if repair it to proceed Ordering needed parts (if applicable) Returning back to install new parts to complete out the repair!
