- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know not just our customer's pools, but the customers we service. Providing as much information up front enables us to give you a quote for our professional services more quickly. Upon confirmation of working with us, we send out a no-obligation, month-month contract as transparency is very important to us. After the contract is returned, we add you to our schedule and begin service as early as the following week!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are certified and are required to complete and pass 3 different OSHA trainings so that they are prepared to handle the chemicals and properly maintain your pool and equipment.
