I call Platinum Septic to perform an inspection to and old septic tank installed in my property. They were pretty professional on explaining the options for replacement and maintenance and the communication was clear while trying to schedule the service call. I recommend them 100%

I would choose all options for a referral if I could. They did a fantastic job with a quick turnaround time and really saved us from a messy situation. It was not an easy job with oak roots and heat to deal with but they started the job the next day (offered same day) and had our plumbing functional again that day. They communicated throughout the process of what the state of the system was and what they were doing to fix it with no surprises and the landscaping was preserved to it's previous state. Another local plumbing company tried to charge us $8K more for the same work so they saved not only our plumbing but our wallet as well. 10/10 would recommend.
