Best company I've ever hired to do anything. Great vibes and really great attitude. Quality of work is excellent and done quickly. They will work with you if your schedule is tight (was constantly raining for us) and they were always on time or would call ahead, before expected arrival time, if they were going to be late.

SMB Pools is a gem of a provider. Living in a rural area with little options for providers who maintain a vinyl in-ground pool was like searching for a needle in a haystack. We've had nothing but a great experience and highly recommend them if you want professionalism and honesty in your service. We have the weekly service. The level of communication and thoroughness is bar none. We get a text when our provider is on the way and when he's left our home. He communicates any issues in a timely manner and gives us multiple budget-friendly solutions, with time to think about our next steps. We don't feel pressured or like we have to choose a particular option over another. We are so grateful to have them on our team and look forward to working with them for the duration of owning our home. We have peace that our kids can swim in a crystal clear, clean pool. We can't recommend them enough.

Now this is what I call quality service! I reached out to Sebastian after we had someone else come and not deliver the quality we expected. Our above ground pool was in bad shape. Sebastian was punctual and told us not to pay him until he delivered. I am beyond pleased because it took him about 4 trips total to get our pool back to where it is now. Thank you, Sebastian! You exceeded our expectations! You can see the before & after as proof!
