We do offer discounts on projects that qualify, or customers that are flexible with our scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make sure we are available to answer any questions and walk new customers through the process of each scope to be completed. Landscaping projects can be daunting so we want our customers to feel educated and comfortable when working with us. We want to make the entire experience as quick and painless as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Depending on the service needed, we will educate the customer on how to maintain their lawn going forward. We also provide our customers with a client manual to make sure they get the best results for their yard.
