- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Summit Reloaction wants to earn your business and will be competitive and fair with our rate or quote. We charge an hourly rate for 3 movers and a truck with a one time fuel service fee. We also offer a flat Price or Max Price Guarantee, based on an itemized inventory list. Shrink wrapping, furniture padding, and tape are included at no additional charge. We offer boxes for sale or rental, moving supplies, and a wide variety of services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make the process very efficient and easy. We like to hear any question or concerns you may have or we may also ask you. Upon arrival we will asses the move prior to starting as from parking area to steps and moving strategy. We will go over paperwork, have you sign off, and then get to work. We will also give you a fair estimate of the amount of time your move could take. We will go over all fees and be very transparent prior to your move and afterwards as well. We will work with you to get an idea of exactly what we are moving to the number of boxes to ensure we are well equipped for your move. We will go over our process, as well as what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played sports growing up all the way to college with with a football scholarship. I have great understanding of physical health, hard work, and teamwork. I am able to ensure my team is physically, spiritually, and professionally ready for our day to day jobs. I have assisted and personally been involved in multiple type of moves since 2017. Our team is well equipped in this industry. I always lead by example and my team follows. We have a passion to want to do a great job. I have built a strong team with a range of experience of two to twenty years in the moving industry. We all share the same vision of upholding professionalism at all times, completing our task in a timely and safe manner and most of all making sure the customer is extremely satisfied.
