- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing only includes the amount of the service. I also charge a travel fee. It differs depending on your location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically introduce myself and the services that I offer, go over the client vision for their special occasion, maybe suggest and give my input to enhance their vision so their makeup can come out exactly how they envisioned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well I’m a licensed Esthetician and have been doing makeup since 2011. I currently work at Sephora as a beauty advisor/color artists. So we have training that we watch daily. I also attend different makeup artist trainings to stay up to date on the newest trends.
