FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is usually about half under market. We advertise our pricing to help eliminate predatory trade practices in our industry. However we ask our customers to understand that many factors enter each project that can affect pricing such as the type of locks and security by rating, brand and function type. Door materials such as wood, metal, hollow or solid, along with replacing hardware or installing fresh all weigh in to the costs of a project. Our promise is that we are transparent and informative, working with our clientele, with extreme professionalism. Our clients are going to need locksmiths for the rest of their lives and we want to be your locksmith of record. The locksmith is really the prime agent in property protection and responsible for providing safety for loved ones and valuables.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we Identify the needs of each customer and each project. Everyone is unique. Then we consider the approaches to achieve the goals, often with different cost modeling. Not all hardware is the same. We have even rebuilt 100 year old lock mechanisms from solid blocks of steel. No matter the job, the most important step is understanding. We do not charge for consults and often visit the property to get trained, experienced locksmith minds in the game!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed locksmiths. In Texas, a business license requires minimum of two years licensed operations with full background check. Our Master Locksmith has been in the business for almost 6 years and is surrounded by a team truly dedicated to the security and safety of our customers.
