- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If a flat rate cannot be determined. it will be hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just to get to know the new customer (You) be honest and ask some questions to figure out if there is more to the problem and what materials will be used. if something is out of my scope of work or requires tradesmen I will be very honest and upfront. I do not make expectations I know I will not achieve or what will require an actual tradesman.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I use to be an assistant Superintendent and I have had experience in almost all fields and understanding of construction science and the art of it.
