- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your budget is important to me. I want to create flowers and provide options to make your vision and budget fall in love. If you provide pictures I will tell you the value of what you see. I know how to make everything work out better than you could have imagined!🙂
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We chat over the phone ☎️or 💻video initially. I want you hear me and see me if possible, to get a vibe/feeling to know that you will have a positive experience with me. I listen to what you need, create a vision in my mind of what I heard and provide details that will guide you along the way with you wedding or event. During that conversation I can give you an idea of pricing, availability for products and servicing. When you would like to book I will provide you with a proposal and accept any deposits to begin your services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have large scale event planning and execution experience in Texas, California and Chicago. I have worked for traditional flower shops, event florists and retail grocery stores. I know how the pricing and sources of flowers from various vendors effects what you pay. My knowledge within all of these areas leads to providing all my clients with realistic 😎 affordable services.
