- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer insurance and believe that every event is unique and special. I strive to give my best work at a fair price so that everyone is happy with my product. Price is important, but even more important is a memorable event with the best results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will speak with each customer at length to understand their specific event and needs. Before the event, I like to know the order of how the evening will go so I can prepare accordingly. At this meeting, we will go over sound, lights, song request list and props. Clear communication is key as your DJ.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in this industry for 19 years and was in the music industry as a musician and song writer before that. I have worked in Miami, Tampa and other cities. I have a broad understanding of many cultures, events and celebrations. Also, being bilingual has helped a lot.
