With inkjet printers, there's a balance between the cost of a repair and the purchase of a new printer. Probably why it's not easy to find a reasonable repair service. My HP 9015 has been one of the best performing in a long line of printers. So I was very pleased that CoPrinter offered the service and was able to make the repair. Juan Mendoza was prompt in his reply, patience with my vacillation, provided courteous and professional service, and the printer is back to work. I highly recommend CoPrinter.

Response time was around an hour. Juan was able to identify the problem and possible repair cost with my description of the issue. It was decided to replace the printer since the cost to repair was potentially much higher.
