I had the glass in five doors replaced and they did a great job at a very fair price. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up nicely after finishing. The response time was great. Definitely recommend!

Most impressed with the fact that even after hours, they were willing to continue answering my questions. I would not have thought less of a company for getting back to me the next day but I just kept getting answers after quitting time. I felt like North Texas Window and Screen wanted my business. I needed a total of 9 screens replaced and setting up the service was so simple and effortless on my part. "Ok we'll take care of everything" is what I love to hear. They did not disappoint.

Summary: I would definitely use them again More Context: I submitted the job to another window company on Thumbtack. I was ghosted. Just when I had given up, North Texas Window and Screen sent me a message saying they saw my job and was willing to take a look with my screen. They came out and fixed the issue. The screen wasn't broken but upside down and not installed correctly. The gentleman shook my hand and walked out the door. Now that is customer service. If I ever have any issues with any windows or screens, I know who I will call. Thank you again!
