No complications here. We have a flat hourly rate for service - remote or onsite.

Yes, just attended a Dell seminar today. We are constantly reading articles, installing new devices, and yes even take classes from time to time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew tired of waiting on IT providers to show up and fix the problems. I was an accountant and had been working with computers for quite some time. It just came naturally.
