FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Dear customers, the price you see through the site is not final. It is based on average statistics. After inspection of the work, the price will be provided in the estimate, where all types of future work and their cost will be described. The price can be either higher or lower than the price indicated on the website. I also want to draw your attention to the fact that a tax is added to the services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The more information I have from the client, the better I can prepare for the job. I ask you to send me a photo of future work if possible. If it is not possible to take a photo or I need to take measurements, we schedule a meeting and discuss when we can start work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have 17 years of experience as a laborer (I started working part-time when I was studying at the university in my country). 8 years experience in my country, 9 years in the USA.
