- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is clear and transparent! We don't upcharge for specific pests. You shouldn't be penalized for having pests that are outside of your control.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fairly easy and straight-forward! We hear out the issues you're having, communicate our method of action for how we address those pest issues and follow up to make sure you are happy with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Monthly training and best practices are put into place to make sure we are up to date on the most effective methods in the industry.
