- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to keep my process as simple as possible! Of course, to begin, the client and I will discuss the basics of the shoot (time, location, category of shoot) in order to see if there is a match. Payment Before anything, a 20% non-refundable security deposit will be required to secure the date. Until this payment is made, I cannot guarantee your time slot! Many people are contacting me for various times and various days and I cannot hold a certain time slot on a certain day without this deposit. I try to be flexible with the payment. I accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Debit/Credit Card and PayPal. PayPal and Debit/Credit card options incur a 4% fee so that would be added should you choose that method. The remainder of the payment must be paid in full before receiving your photos. The remaining balance can be paid with any of the aforementioned payment methods or in cash on the day of the shoot. Post-Shoot After the shoot, I go through the files and upload the photos taken to a client gallery on my website. You will be supplied with a link where you can view, mark, and download your photos! Easy!
