- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50 fee to measure come out to quote but the $50 is waived if you use us for the repairs. Pricing will be as quoted unless there's more damage than is originally seen/disclosed. No extra fees, flat rate charge whether its cash or credit card.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact between customer/patchmaster After seeing the the hole/job in person or by picture, we'll work up a quote for services. If quote is approved, we put you on the schedule for service. Payment will be made at the completion of the service.
